Heavenly Bliss Tours Terms and Conditions

All people on the tour need to dress appropriately and have ID with them 

If  damage to the limo or bus or any venue on the tour takes place the person who booked the tour will be responsible for payment to fix such damage

At the quoted price if the party or crew back out at the last minute you as the organiser are responsible for the payment as per the agreement 

Any enquiry for large tourist events such as Indy on the Gold Coast, cannot be catered for under the normal agreement. Traveling to destinations is at the clients own risk and club entry cannot be covered for such events

It is up to the organiser, not Heavenly Bliss Tours to inform anybody attending the tour of all entertainment information. This includes and changes to plans for the night.

Any changes to the tour on the night is at the discretion of the organiser and the host will not be held responsible for this. This includes party members leaving the place to carry on their own entertainment at another club, or leaving the place to purchase food.

All members are over 18 years of age and are responsible for their own actions.

After the tour, no refunds will be available.

If the organiser or any tour party member cancel the tour, the money paid by the organiser shall be forfeited if cancellation and host on another tour, which was then made unavailable.

All bookings MUST be made at a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event to have all offers by . Any booking made after this time is at the organisers own risk that not ALL normal requirements can be met by Heavenly Bliss Tours. This can include Club entries, bus or limo availability. A refund can be issued IF a bus or limo cannot be supplied for the event.

No booking can be made without payment up front This means, for the organiser that no bus or limo is booked for the event and no club entries are organised until the full payment is made. Availability of the bus or limo is told to the organiser at the time of enquiry. Refunds can be issued at this time IF Heavenly Bliss Tours alerts the organiser that their needs cannot be met and IF the client requests it at the time of booking. If the organiser insists on the tour continuing then it is at the organisers own risk.

Any monies given to Heavenly Bliss Tours is issued ONLY by the organiser, NOT individual attendees. Therefore, if any refund is made available to the attendees for any reason, then it shall only be issued to the organiser from Heavenly Bliss Tours.

If any of the tour party take their alcohol off the bus or limo and are fined, then that person is responsible for their own fine.

If anyone is turned away BY the nightclubs for any reason, they are not entitled to a refund.

If the organiser or any tour party member cancel the tour within 72 hours of the tour, the organiser will be responsible for full payment of the tour. The organiser is aware that the Heavenly Bliss Tours could have sent the bus.

Heavenly Bliss Tours. Clubs have strict codes of alcohol consumption, dress code and I.D.

Neither Heavenly Bliss Tours or hosts will be held responsible for loss or theft of any items which are taken on the bus or limo by any tour party member.
